Alice has been a Finance Team Lead, and a Director of Finance across a multitude of different industries.
After gaining a master’s degree in Finance and having already had work experience with a Fortune 500 company before graduation, Alice ended up finding her way well in her career.
Understanding how blockchain and permissionless ledger technology can be utilized in finance has drawn Alice to the cryptocurrency market. Being introduced to Smarterworx and seeing how fine art can be integrated into crypto as well brings excitement for a new adventure in a new sector, building on already existing skillsets.

Gianni’s has over 10 years experience working with many art galleries all over Europe. Working with up and coming Artist and respective agents has given him a wealth of knowledge to bring to Smarterworx.
He became heavily involved in the evolution of the NFT art market with some personal considerably high profile NFT collections which meant that Smarterworx was a perfect fit for Gianni.
Gianni had recently expanded into private artwork sales and with an incredible amount of contacts interested in blue chip art, Gianni will play a key role in the movement and trading of art pieces.
Marketing Lead
Tanya is from digital media marketing background and held senior positions in some prominent US media agencies.
After graduating from with a degree in Digital Marketing, Tanya initially set up her own company to work as a freelance consultant and manager for companies to outsource to. However, due to the quality of her graphic work and videography style, one particular brand offered Tanya a full-time position she couldn’t refuse.
Knowing how to market premium goods, understanding social media, and how to increase brand reach will be key points that Tanya brings to SmarterWorx.
Co-founder
Kaz’s originally moved from Nagoya, Japan, to work in the New York shipping financial sector.
Kaz interest in crypto began in late 2016 as a early bitcoin investor. At the same time he was offered a position working for a law firm in Los Angeles and made headway to becoming a Key Account Manager and legal liaison for several large hotels in the area.
Roman contacted Kaz towards the end of 2021 to broach the idea of fractionalized ownership and trading of artwork. Without hesitation, Kaz was on board, seeing the success Roman already had in the traditional artwork markets.
Founder
Roman, started his journey in the hedge fund and finance realm however pivoted into the art world due to his avid interest in his mother’s artistic talents which had him drawing and making pottery sculptures from a young age. Working his way up in the art world, he took on apprenticeships and positions in galleries across New York, Miami, and Portland, Oregon.
Roman struck the jackpot after meeting a private collector at an art event in Manhattan, who was taken with Roman’s knowledge and passion for artwork that they hired him as manager of their personal collection.
After spending a number of years showcasing the private collection across the world as well as acquiring and auctioning off pieces, Roman is driven to open this elite access to high-end artwork investment and trading to all, no matter the wealth.
